Total Security Management Solution provides
a fully inclusive design, implementation and management
service to develop a security solution that best reflects
the operational requirement of the business, the end
user and regulatory authorities within the client’s
budget. Tronsec will propose the most relevant hardware
to meet all obligations of the system design without
prejudice to preferred functionality, technology or
equipment manufacture. Tronsec comprehensively documents
all security solutions and operational requirements
prior to the implementation of any service.
Service and Maintenance is provided to
all clients on a 24/7 basis by our highly trained and
certified engineers and technicians. Tronsec prides
itself on the fast, efficient and reliable service regardless
if the site is located in remote regions or next door.
With our ability to remotely access security solutions
via TCP/IP Networks, GSM, GPRS or a standard telephone
line, our technicians can accurately determine any fault
and plan to have the issue resolved to minimise the
downtime of the most important services protecting assets

Planned Preventative Maintenance provides
for regular inspections, which test and report on the
operation of the installed equipment. The objective
of this program is to conduct routine inspections to
test for correct operation and to adjust equipment installed,
so as to maintain the security integrity of electronic
security solution. Maintenance inspections will minimise
unforeseen breakdowns and increase the active efficient
life of the equipment. There are varying service level
agreements available starting with standard breakdown
callouts to fully planned and comprehensive maintenance
services incorporating guaranteed response times and
the permanent holding of changeover hardware. Extended
warranty periods of all equipment is available so the
client has firm annual budget costs associated with
any service provided.
Off Site Monitoring provides 24/7 security
control rooms built to ASIAL Standards who will respond
to all alarm activations generated from the standalone
security, integrated security and closed circuit television
systems. The control room will action all alarms as
per the pre-defined alarm response procedures issued
by the client, including the management of environmental
services and associated contractors. Included in this
service is the management and despatch of security guards
to attend site to complete a security inspection as
well as 24 hour static guards deployed to manage the
entry and exit of goods and individuals to site.
Credential & Identification cards is another
service provided by Tronsec using the latest technology
to guarantee no card can be duplicated. Tronsec can
provide unique and secure Smart and Proximity cards
with encrypted and secure formats to protect our clients
from duplication and re-distribution of these cards
to third party persons or organisations. The secured
format cards are matched to the localised firmware provided
by Tronsec and installed on all control panels. We use
the latest technology and quality consumables to produce
professional and tamper proof ID cards. Unlike other
integrators, the card format ownership is passed onto
the client and not held by Tronsec.
